Be a man

It’s right that a newcomer in any team should try to gain mindshare by impressing upon those people who have a direct impact on his future. However, making provocative remarks such “welcoming challenges” when one is still unproven is probably uncalled for. Verbal bashing of the competitors is probably, in my opinion, one of the worst offensive strategies in a mature market.

Let’s not throw any FUD (Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt) and let us (the voters) know your strengths and be convinced that you deserve our votes and not why the other guy doesn’t.
